4. Reverse Stab Buy / Sell


 

After a fading Stab Buy/Sell pattern, the Reverse Buy/Sell pattern is the wait for the prices to come back to the upper/lower Keltner Bands and trade in the direction of the original breakout.  

In other words, if the first pattern was a Stab Sell, then the Reverse Stab Sell would be to look for the market to go back to the 1,5 deviation upper Keltner Bands to start to go long the market at the bands. 

The opposite to go short would be to wait for a Stab Buy, then short the lower bands on the retracement.
